Q. What if my product(s) are damaged during shipment?
A. If your product packaging is noticeably damaged upon arrival, we recommend you have the carrier make note of the damage on their delivery record. Then contact us at 1-800-321-1974 or sales@wabpapersupply.com as soon as possible and we will get replacement product(s) sent to you ASAP.
Q. What if I want to return a product that is not damaged?
A. Simply contact us and we will arrange a replacement or return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for products returns that are not due to product damage.
