All WAB Paper Supply products comes backed by a limited warranty.

WAB Paper Supply warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for one month from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.

Return/Refund Policy

Plotter Paper Supplies Damaged During Shipping

If any of your plotter paper supplies, such as plotter paper rolls, OEM toners, or engineering paper is damaged during shipping, have the carrier make note of the damage on their delivery record. Then contact us at 1-800-321-1974 or via our online form as soon as possible, and we will get any replacement plotter paper supplies sent to you as soon as possible.

Returns of Undamaged Plotter Paper Supplies

To return any plotter paper or plotter paper supplies that are not damaged, simply contact us and we will arrange a replacement or return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for product returns that are not due to product damage.

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 1-800-321-1974 to contact a representative.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods

  1. How long will it take to process my plotter paper order?

    A.In stock items ordered before 2 p.m. (central time) will be shipped the same day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with expected shipping date within 24 -48 hours. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.
  2. How do you ship plotter paper supplies?

    A.Our standard shipment method is FedEx Ground. We do ship internationally. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes. If you prefer to have your order shipped by UPS, just let us know and we will arrange it for you.
  3. How much will it cost to ship my plotter paper supplies?

    A.Our shipping charges are based upon the total order weight. Our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground. The total shipment cost for your plotter paper supply order will be calculated in your shopping cart. These shipping rates are for the 48 continental United States. If you are located outside of the 48 continental United States, please contact us for shipping rates.

Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact WAB Paper Supply to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your plotter paper supplies.
